Lavrasia, or the Commonwealth, is a province of the Grand Republic of Delvera located in the US state of Missouri. The sovereign territory of the province, which consists of land owned by Lavrasian citizens and other affiliated persons, lies in the center of the state near the Missouri River. The sphere of influence, which is a region set aside exclusively for Lavrasian citizen recruitment, territorial expansion, and other development, comprises the central and southeastern part of the state.
The capital of Lavrasia is Lavrada, a micronational city founded in 2008. It was the provisional Delveran capital from 2013 to 2016 and is currently the largest city in the Grand Republic with a population of 7. Delvera's capital, Clarksburg, lies within the Lavrasian sphere of influence. As of the December 2018 Delveran census, Lavrasia counts 14 citizens in 5 households. Self-determination and personal liberty are core values held by Lavrasians, exemplified in the provincial motto: "Never Submit." The name of the province and the capital are derived from the Portuguese word lavrado, meaning "wrought." The provincial anthem is "Lavrasia Forever." The music has been used as a national song in the Lavrasian area since 2010 and the lyrics were written in 2015. |
Lavrasia is known for its martial tradition, and military activities formed the bulk of micronational activity in the Commonwealth during the early years. All Delveran Armed Services Drill Exercises have been held in Lavrasia to date.
Lavrasia currently lays claim to 420 acres (0.66 square miles) of sovereign territory, more than any other Delveran province.

The Coat of Arms is supported by hawks, symbolizing unrelenting perseverance. Above the shield is a tree extending toward the rays of a bright sun, indicating vibrant growth. The Roman numerals "MMVIII" hearken to the founding of Lavrasia's precursor, Salania, in 2008.
